  3. DESCRIPTION
  4.  
  5.         People Savers are screen savers with a higher purpose--providing
  6.         a spiritual uplift to people.  The Verse screen saver fades in  
  7.         one of 366 Bible verses from the King James Version.  The Cross 
  8.         screen saver displays a cross in varying colors with different 
  9.         colored backgrounds.  The Cross2 screen saver changes between a 
  10.         positive and a negative image of the cross in ever-changing patterns.
  11.         The screen savers have password protection as an option.

  13. INSTALLATION

  15.         Copy all the files to your main Windows directory (usually 
  16.         c:\windows).  You also need to download the vbrun300.dll file and 
  17.         copy this file to your c:\windows\system directory.  To run the 
  18.         screen savers, click on the control panel in the main program group.  
  19.         Click on the desktop icon. Select either Banner or Cross as the 
  20.         screen saver.  Click on the setup button if you want to change any 
  21.         of the options.

  23. REGISTRATION

  25.         People Savers are supplied as shareware.  You may register them for
  26.         $15 plus $3 shipping.  Michigan residents must add sales tax.  In
  27.         return, you get more screen savers:  (1) People Saver scrolls up Bible
  28.         verses from the bottom to the top of the screen.  366 verses are 
  29.         available in either the King James or the New International Version.
  30.         Verses from the KJV are also made available for the Verse and Banner 
  31.         screen savers.  (2) Cross1 displays crosses on the screen in random 
  32.         colors at random locations.  (3) Bible trivia scrolls one of 1200 
  33.         challenging multiple choice Bible questions on the screen.  You may 
  34.         test your knowledge by pressing a, b, c or d.  Any other key or mouse 
  35.         movement ends the program.  (4) Banner scrolls the Bible verses from
  36.         right to left across the screen.

  41. HOW TO UNINSTALL
  42.  
  43.         If you ever want to remove the People Savers from your system,
  44.         remove these files from your main Windows directory (usually
  45.         c:\windows):  loader.exe  verse.scr  cross.scr  cross2.scr 
  46.         readme.txt twb.txt verses.kjv
  47.         You may also want to remove the vbrun300.dll file from your
  48.         c:\windows\system directory, but it is quite possible that you have
  49.         or will acquire other programs that use this file.
